Are you ready to discover a life well learned?

Learning & Growth

Learning at MBCI is innovative, rigorous, and creative. We are committed to an inquiry-based, student-centered approach in which students and teachers pursue “real work for a real purpose”. By practicing communication and collaboration, students grow in their ability to design solutions to real-world questions and problems.

Faith & Community Service

MBCI students develop a clear understanding of what it means to live a Christ-centered life, based on the teaching of Jesus. Using this example as our model, MBCI students learn to think and act beyond themselves, caring for our world, our communities, and those in need.

Leadership

At MBCI, every student has a voice. Our goal is to walk alongside students in developing the character and skills necessary to discover and raise their voices with integrity. Students practice the skills they need to communicate effectively and develop the resilience to take on difficult challenges.

Athletics

Student-athletes at MBCI experience a rich history of excellence and outstanding performance. Both on and off the court, athletes learn respect, teamwork and goal-setting; building skill and connection with their teammates from grade 5 onward.

Music & Performing Arts

By pursuing excellence in musical productions, concerts and dramas, MBCI students develop performance skills and teamwork, while building confidence and strong relationships. High school and middle school students experience opportunities to perform and practice together, resulting in authentic leadership and growth.

Community, Parent Involvement, Co-curriculars

The MBCI community is a place where students and parents can connect and feel part of something bigger than themselves. Learning beyond the classroom is an integral part of the MBCI experience. By participating in clubs, study tours, teams and music groups, students foster connections and build character and identity. Parent voices and feedback are welcomed at MBCI, adding a valuable perspective on how we can continue to work together.

Middle School

The MBCI middle school environment helps students build a foundation to face the challenges of high school and beyond. Small class sizes and a focus on STEAM learning and citizenship, support students in learning to collaborate and think critically and creatively.

Business Ventures Program

This program challenges students to understand the fundamentals of business and leadership while incorporating Christian ethics and philanthropy. Students graduating with a certificate in the Business Ventures Program are equipped with the knowledge, skills and character necessary for business leadership roles.

Why Choose MBCI

MBCI students engage - with curriculum content, with their peers, with the culture that surrounds them, and with the broader community. We ask this of our students because learning that engages will help them develop the ability to be global citizens; to build strong friendships and connections; and to find their voices as leaders. Engaging with the world requires curiosity, innovation, problem-solving and collaboration - values that provide the focus and framework in which MBCI students learn and thrive.
